The next phase was to reconfigure their comms racks, which had been neglected over the years. So Seward agreed to invest in our rack-tidy service, working some late into the nights stripping down and rebuilding the comms racks. “The end result is beautiful” commented Shaun Perry (Managing Director of Seward Group), it is now organised, tested and documented. At easyNetworks, we say “the cabling for your network is as important as the foundations are for your premises”. The WiFi was also replaced during this second phase, which now provides fast and secure access to staff and corporate users, and isolated free WiFi for Seward customers, with bandwidth restrictions.
The final phase was to replace the ageing telephone system at each branch. Seward chose our cloud pbx, which was the obvious choice for a business with multiple locations. Shaun Perry is very happy with the ability for both branches and his home office to work effortlessly as a single system. Powerful reporting was provided for their call centre which provides real-time visibility on wallboard displays and historic analytics for the review of team performance.
