Microsoft 365 Subscriptions

Businesses depend on giving their staff the tools to do their best work, be productive and collaborate no matter where they are and what device they are using, all in a secure way which keeps your company and customers information safe.

Microsoft 365 is designed for the way we work today, with a suite of applications such as Exchange, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Publisher and of course Teams. There is a wide variety of Microsoft 365 Business Subscriptions to choose from which can be mixed and matched based on your user’s needs.

Choosing the right Microsoft 365 subscriptions requires an understanding of the benefits they provide. Only then, and with a deep understanding of your organisation’s needs, can you ensure your budget is spent in the best way.

If you’re looking to use the Microsoft 365 Suite but can’t quite find the right subscription for your business, let our friendly technical team talk you through the options and help you to choose a plan that suits you.

Why choose easyNetworks for your Microsoft 365 Licences?

Our prices are at least the same, and often cheaper than going to Microsoft direct for your Microsoft subscriptions, and you get none of the service and support you get from the team at easyNetworks.

Microsoft licensing is a complex subject, and we offer a free audit for our customers. It’s amazing how many businesses are paying for subscriptions they don’t need.

Our friendly team are technical experts not salespeople – so we don’t pay sales commissions or bonuses. This means you are getting the best honest advice, and our team will help create the perfect blend of Microsoft subscriptions costs to keep your costs in control.

And if that wasn’t enough – we also offer free automatic email signatures with our Microsoft 365 subscriptions. This synchronises with your directory and enables you to create, manage & deploy the email signatures of all your employees, no matter which device they are using.

What our customers say about our Microsoft 365 services

FAQs about Microsoft 365

How reliable is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 Subscriptions are very reliable and your services are available 99.9% of the time – plus they are constantly updated with improved security and new features being added.

How much storage do I get?

You get different amounts of storage for different purposes. Mailbox limit size of 50GB for most plans, 100GB for Exchange Online Plan 2, E3 and above. 1TB of storage for each plan.

What’s the difference between Office 2021 and Microsoft 365?

Office 2021 is a one-off purchase with a single up-front cost to get Office Applications for one computer, we call this a perpetual license, you can use it forever.  Microsoft 365 is a subscription based service and includes the same applications, but it keeps them fully up-to-date with the latest versions and you get other apps and storage bundled into the subscription plan.

Can I mix and match Microsoft 365 Plans?

Yes.  We can help you select the most cost effective Microsoft 365 subscriptions needed to provide the productivity tools for your staff.

What happens to my data if I cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription?

The data is yours, and stays yours.  You can download everything and save it to your preferred location.  This should be done before you cancel, but you will still have some admin functions for up to 90 days after your cancellation.

Why shouldn’t I just buy my subscriptions from Microsoft?

You can purchase from Microsoft directly, but we do not advise you to, for the following reasons:

  1. Microsoft can only accept payment by debit/credit cards, whereas easyNetworks offers a Direct Debit facility which is much easier for organisations.
  2. Only easyNetworks will be diligent in wanting to understand how you operate and make sure you only purchase what you need – and nothing more.
  3. We are often cheaper.
