Microsoft Cloud Agreement
We need to obtain your acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement before we can order Microsoft products and services for you. You do not need to sign this document, but we will ask you to confirm you agree with the terms of this Microsoft Agreement.
We assure you of our best intentions at all times, but sometimes we can get it wrong. If you are unhappy with our service and you wish to formalise a complaint, our procedure explains what you need to do.
Supply of Products and Services
These are our general terms and conditions that relate to all products and services we provide.
These supplementary conditions apply to our Cloud PBX or we sometimes refer as Cloud Telephone System
These supplementary conditions apply to our supply of communications services.
These supplementary conditions apply to Ethernet services, also known as leased lines.
Direct Mobile Services
These supplementary conditions apply to our Mobile service, only applies if you receive your invoice from easyNetworks, and not direct from the mobile network.
These additional conditions apply to our maintenance services, where you pay us a premium to fix your equipment if it breaks or stops working.
